Painted Ostrich Egg








Signed, dot painted ostrich egg. I find this absolutely beautiful and fascinating. There are three deer and decorative motif towards the top. The signature looks arabic to me but I'm not sure.  I did an internet search and found this post about eggs painted in Jordan, as a way for isolated village woman to earn a living.
